Unlikely pimples: These can be triggered by standard bacteria or fungus. You can make an effort to keep the area as clean as possible temporarily, but treatment would require the area be assessed and prescription medication given.

why is my forehead breaking out with acne suddenly?  is it diet?  is it stress?

FOREHEAD ACNE: Forehead acne can be due to a number of things: greasy, oily conditioners; oily shampoos; hats and caps, not shamooing often enough, hairsprays, gels, other new hair cosmetics. Some medications also. Eating nuts and chocolate. Anything new in your diet? If it persists, see a dermatologist.

i have been suffering from break outs for the pass 4 years. it keep getting worst most especially on my forehead. what do i do about it?

Rash nose forehead: We can not advice you without looking at the rash, as to what it looks like.It can be anything from acne to contact dermatitis, we need a deailed history and physical exam to determine the cause.

Need more info: It would be helpful to know your age. It does not sound like a fungus but maybe acne. Please make an appointment with your family physician or a dermatologist. Do it soon. American physicians want to keep women looking their best.

Hormones: This is common and is caused by the hormonal cyclic hormonal changes. There are meds to help this including but not only birth control pills. Talk to your doctor about the best option for you.

i am 45+, type 2 diabetic, had bypass surgery, and had early menopause. i break out into sweats all the time from my forehead.does anyone know why?

Many: Could be a meddicine (niacin) ? Could b a long acting vasodilator, could be the menopa use, could be opioid pain meds. A sit down is in order. Too many possibilities. Sorry.

: Your at the age which is normal for skin changes. Your hormones are  changing causing these pimples. The wall of the pores in your forehead open up and sebum, bacteria, and dead skin cells make their way under the forehead skin and form a red bump called a pimple. Wash your face with a mild soap and warm water at least twice a day. If you wear makeup make sure it's labeled Non acnegenic.

i never get spots but i have break out over my forehead with red spots with just clear liquid in, also have random ones on my arms but mainl my face?

Acne: Dear PConnolly,

Red spots with clear liquid sound like acne.  Acne occurs when the follicles become clogged.  It can occur on the face, arms, chest or back.  Over the counter topical medications can help.  If the symptoms do not get better I recommend seeing a health care professional for an exam.
