my foot sole hurts bad. what do i have to do?

Many poss. causes: There can be many causes to foot pain.  A common cause of the bottom of the foot to hurt is a condition known as plantar fasciitis.  This is an inflammation of the band of ligaments under the foot.  Stretching with a towel, rolling the foot on a tennis ball, anti-inflammatory medications, and rest are all helpful.  See your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and provide you with a treatment plan.

Maybe: You need to see a health care provider. Frostbite is diagnosed based on symptoms and physical exam. You should absolutely avoid a condition where your toes might freeze again as this makes you more susceptible to permanent damage.

Chronic ankle pain: Chronic pain following a bad ankle sprain can be caused by too much scar tissue, a ruptured ligament that did not heal correctly, or cartilage defects (arthritis or a loose body).  You should see a podiatrist, who will take x rays and may send you for an MRI to get to the bottom of it.

i have constant pain in the bottom of my foot and my knee. this causes my calf to tighten up and hurts really bad. what could the cause be to this?

See below: You need to see a Podiatrist-foot doctor. There is probably something in the sole of your foot causing this problem nd you may need a special shoe or foot pads

Toes that don't mov: It sounds to me like you have a radiculopathy affecting lumbar roots four and five sacral one two. You need an MRI of your lumbosacral spine

i fell and hurt my ankle badly. i went to the er and the took xrays and said nothing was broken. i am in a moonboot now. the top of my foot has very little feeling and my big toe is needles and pins. what could be the cause?

Splinter?: I doubt there is anything to worry about.  If you don't see an open sore or sign of irritation (swelling, redness), I would expect this sensation to pass.  Of course, look at your feet frequently to check for anything unusual.

Depends: It depends on how painful it is and where exactly it hurts. If the pain has been present for a while you should get it checked out. If the pain is nothing to worry about it should be getting better each day.
