How is she acting?: She may have fever.  You can check her temperature &amp; treat a fever with Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen (based on age/weight recommendations).  Fever can be a sign of illness, but it's more important to focus on how she appears.  As long as she's not having trouble breathing or lethargic, &amp; she's drinking and urinating well it's likely nothing serious.  If she has worsening symptoms, call her doctor.

sharp pain in the lower part of the stomach in at 14 years, if present in the right side of the abdomen could indicate an appendicitis or an ovarian pain in rare cases. Usually such pains are not serious. However, appendicitis may be a matter of concern if not diagnosed in time. Constipation is the most common cause for such pains, in addition to ovarian changes  with ovulation.

Gastrocolic Reflex: Occurs when a stretch on the stomach increases the motility of the colon. Having a " full" stomach creates an urge to have a bowel movement. Your daughter may sense this as pain ; complain in the middle of a meal because her stomach is smaller than an adult's.  If there are no other symptoms, allow her to go to the bathroom, wash her hands ; come back to the table till excused.
