Go to ER: Bleach fumes can cause injury to the lung and cause coughing and shortness of breath. If a mild exposure the symptoms go away shortly, but if you are continuing to have breathing difficulty you should go to ER now. You might be having bronchial spasm(asthma) or a chemical pneumonia. You will need a chest x ray and measurement of oxygen saturation in your blood.

i cleaned bathroom with clorox cleaner + bleach yesterday and started feeling eyes burning, lightheaded and chest tightness and a little short a breath. this morning my throat hurts and head hurts. am i okay or do i need to be worried? i have anxiety?

: The exposure may have caused irritation of the lining of the upper airway and lungs. Rinse eyes and throat. Wearing a mask may reduce the likelihood of irritation. Avoid smoke and dust exposure. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, redness and ocular pain. Please follow up with your physician.

Fresh air: Go out into the fresh air. Open windows and ventilate the area where you sprayed the chemical before going back in there. Drink water, if you feel like it. If cough, chest pain or breathing problem persists after 30 minutes in fresh air, go to the nearest emergency room.

Wheezing: Wheezing after exercise sounds like exercise induced asthma or similar.  You should report this to your physician and get a check up for proper diagnosis and treatmentl.

Possible aspiration.: If the reflux goes into your lungs or trachea (windpipe) it can cause these symptoms.  The pain could also be from heartburn.   You should see your doctor.
