Pain? Pressure?: Please be more specific - do you mean pressure or pain in your stomach area ? There could be several causes for this including Acid reflux, Ulcers, Hiatus hernia, asthma. You need to see your Dr for further workup

Go to the ER!: Although there could be many possible causes of these symptoms, at age 44 the one that worries us the most is heart disease. Because that is so important, you need to go to the emergency room now to be evaluated. If it turns out not to be heart- disease related, the doctors there can point you in the right direction. woke up with a weird achy feeling in my stomach area, now im experiencing chest tightness and shortness of breath. im a healthy 22 year old. could this be heart disease? i dont smoke or drink, and no family history of it. i weigh 155 pounds.

Very unlikely: Risk for cardiac problem very unlikely unless you are using substances such as cocaine. Given your recent upset stomach I would be suspicious for reflux as a more likely cause for your symptoms. .

i have problems sleeping at night especially on a full stomach. i wake up gasping for air and heart racing. also a tightness in my chest. any ideas?

Sleep Apnea/Asthma: Your symptoms are suspicious for a condition called sleep apnea which happens when your breathing pattern is disrupted during sleep.  Also, asthma can present in a similar manner.  Sleep apnea is usually associated with overweight patients and asthma is normally associated with wheezing.  Luckily, both are easily treatable, see your primary care doctor for treatment options.

Many things: Anytime you have unexplained chest pain, whether or not it's associated with abdominal pain, you should see your family doctor or thwe er as soon as possible.

Best to get an MD: If it is still resisting contact your closest urgent care or call your PCP. This can be numerous etiologies without proper history and physical exam.

Need to be evaluated: You should be evaluated by your primary doctor these symptoms are very non specific and may be related to a GI issue or even a hernia or muscle strain.

Yes: How did you sleep last night?  Exhaustion often triggers anxiety.  Anxiety comes and goes and has to do with our general health and with our perceptions.  Yoga, meditation, regular sleep and a nutritious diet are all antidotes for anxiety.  Journaling can also be helpful and cognitive behavioral therapy is also helpful.

COVID 19 is possible: Rest, hydrate, quarantine &amp; eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C &amp; D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Testing will show if you have COVID 19.
