Stop the medication: Hello, by "BP" I assume you are referring to a blood pressure medication. Any time you develop suspected side effects to a new medication, you should immediately stop that medication. This may represent an allergic drug reaction. Without getting more info and performing an exam, I cannot make a diagnosis, but these symptoms are concerning for angioedema, which requires immediate medical attention.

It's very common: HSV 1 is common in more than 50% of individuals. Unfortunately there's no cure, but there are measures you can take to prevent outbreaks (the bumps from forming). Outbreaks usually occur when under stress, high winds, cold, low sleep, and lowered immune system (sick).  Sleep well, eat well, and try not to stress and you will have considerably less outbreaks. There are also medications you can take

Infection: This sounds lke an infection.  If it is localized to one area, this could be an abecessed tooth and you should see a dentist.  If it is generalized then see  a doctor for treatment.

This is common: Following the removal of wisdom teeth there is some swelling. This is the body's response to the extraction and its mobilization of the necessary repair materials to help you heal. Swelling should last about 2-2 1/2 weeks.

See dentist then MD: If your gums are in pain, you may want to see a dentist first to evaluate your teeth for a source of infection. 
It's unusual for strep to cause sore throat and runny nose and gum pain, so a likely cause for this is a viral syndrome. See your doctor for an evaluation.

See a dentist: If you are cheek biting there's probably little if any room for that tooth. It may need to be extracted.

Perhaps.: If you really did bite your cheek at night and you sees no signs of bleeding or laceration you can relax this should heal itself. However if this persists or you develop a fever you should get to see your dr. As soon as possible.
