Leg pain: Pain in the leg can have many different causes including disorders affecting the nerve, soft tissue, bones and blood vessels.  

Pulses need to be checked and evaluated by a physician to start, and if the blood vessels look fine, then can think about musculoskeletal cause and treatment options.

i have a discomfort down my left leg that it feels like a nerve is tingling. when i sit for a long time, my calf hurts. i should note that my left testicle is much larger than the right and i have discomfort and pain there very often. what i do?

: Get checked for the testicle immediately- preferably by a Urologist you can also mention the leg problem to the doc.

Not cervical cancer: I'm pretty sure you're the same person who asked a similar question a few weeks ago. Cervical cancer does not cause leg pain of any kind. Whether or not you have cervical cancer or are at risk for it (e.g. abnormal pap smear? Positive HPV test?), the calf pain is an entirely separate problem. Follow through with plans to see a doctor about (both?) problems.

Get examined: The safest thing to do would be for him to get examined. He could be injured and not know it.

DVT? Electrolyte: imbalance?  Myalgia? See your doctor. May need some test such as blood electrolyte, doppler ultrasound of the leg . , etc.

Doesn't sound seriou: if lasts for only seconds, it is not likley to be serious.  it could be a muscle fiber twitching or going into a spasm. this could occur with muscle fatigue, or overstretching certain muscles.  perhaps you are doing a particular exercise which is causing this.

Clot: An ultrasound of your veins could rule that out.  How is your back?  If back pain, an MRI of your lower back could help clarify the nerve pinched causing this.  Your doctor could run blood test to make sure  your electrolytes are ok. Don't let yourself get dehydrated.

Thrombosis: Get venous ultrasound soon, it may be a vein clot. If neg, then rest, elevation, heating pad and tylenol (acetaminophen).

Can be Serious.....: Without knowing anything more about the nature and history of you calf pain, I would strongly suggest that you go to the emergency room at once. All concern must be directed to the possibility of a potential Deep Vein Thrombosis. This condition, left untreated could be disastrous. There are other possibilities, but with no other available information, it is better to be safe rather than sorry.
