Possible reasons.: Rectal bleeding can be due to hemorrhoids, fissures, fistula, cancer, abrasion from wiping, or GI inflammation or infection. If this is more than a one time occurrence, get it checked out medically.

Hello, : Hello, i want to make sure that i understand what you are asking. If sounds like when you wipe after having a bowel movement that you notice blood and that something either painful or sharp is protruding from your anus.  You might have an internal hemorrhoid. I am not sure. But since the bleeding seems to more than an isolated incident, i recommend that you contact your doctor so that she or he can take a good medical history and examine you. After that is done, your doctor should be able to use that information to make recommendations to you about this problem. Take care.

This is common: After oassing some hard feces, this is to be expected. If there's copious bleeding, or the blood seems to be digested (tarry), or there's pain deep in the body above the anal area, get with your physician.

Monitor: It is a good idea to keep an eye out for blood in stool. The most common cause for scant blood on tissue after wiping is irritation of the sensitive skin surrounding the anus and vagina. Sometimes using a moist towelette instead of dry tissue is enough to allow the irritation to settle.

: More detail needed. Does "like little dirt" mean the tissues feel rough or irritated, in addition to slight bleeding? If so, this might be a yeast infection.
