Yes...: Welcome to womanhood! If sexually active, consider taking pregnancy test. If not, it's never too early to start breast self-exams, the same time every month, about 2-4 days after your cycle ends. Birth control can exacerbate these symptoms, so if relevant, consider discussing alternative hormone combinations/products. Fibroadenomatous breast tissue can be very painful.

Premenstrual pregnan: These are hormonal changes. Some people are also susceptible to similar symptoms with caffeine and chocolate. Also, peri menopausal women are more prone to these symptoms.

Not necessarily: this is more common with heavy caffeine use, cigarette smoking, pregnancy and when you have PMS.  While some breast growth is possible, you don't really hear about growing pains in the breast.  If sexually active check a pregnancy test.

Sore breasts: Your breast tissue responds to lots of different things...like hormones, caffeine,stress...they are not exactly a static organ. Do an exam twice a month. One should be two weeks after your period and the other during. You have to be familiar with your body to know what's normal for you.

Sometimes: I suspect the hormones changes after a d and c are contributing to breasts feeling sore and heavy. Wear a well fitting bra. This should resolve in a week or two.

Pregnant? : Enlarging breasts after puberty is finished for most women, especially with weight loss, always makes me think of pregnancy. You could be just increasing your breast size later than usual. If you are having pain due to size, i would see a doctor to discuss reduction. But either way be sure you're wearing a very supportive bra that is the correct size.

Large breasts : Large breasts over time tend droop make stretch  marks also  pregnancies  stretch the skin just like the abdomen  as does weight gain  increases heaviness.
