Itchy Skin: To minimize itchy skin make sure you're always well hydrated. Avoid very hot showers. Use moiturizers (fragrence free) twice a day. Avoid fabriques that irritate your skin. Resist scratching. If you have an allergic condition, avoid the allergen & if needed you can take an anti histamine like claritin, (loratadine) zyrtec or Allegra (after you consult with your doc).

Wash daily: Try washing your scalp daily with shampoo. The sensation may be due to dandruff and accumulation of normal skin secretions.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
