Wrong: Ovarian cyst do not cause headache or true stomach pain. They can cause pelvic pain. Cyst should be observed and if they don't go away they may require biopsy.

Normal finding: Ovarian cysts are very common in women of childbearing age.  Most women have ovarian cysts at some time during their lives. Each month, a follicle is formed in one ovary. 
At the time of ovulation, an egg is released from the follicle.  Sometimes a normal follicle keeps growing resulting in a follicular cyst.  If the report does not mention polycystic ovaries, you should not be concerned.

Belly pain: Endometriosis will cause pain on whatever side the actual deposits are and should radiate based on ur Neuro/Embrio anatomy. Ovarian cyst will most of the time hurt only to the side of its location. However, there are other reasons to have pain in the belly in a young woman, like u. If pain is persistent, please have your doctor examine u ASAP to determine he need for further workup. Hpe u feel btr

can i take myo inositol.  d chiro without having pcos.? i got a stomach ultrasound and they saw some small ovarian cyst. but i haven't been diagnosed.  but i do have facial hair and thin hair and i don't get pregnant fast.

"PCOS" ?'s: "Facial hair and thinning hair" may be signs of genetic predisposition, and do not conclusively indicate PCOS.  One "small cyst" is also not diagnostic of PCOS.  Ask your gyn about low does oral contraceptives, which is the preferred treatment even if PCOS is actually present. If/when pregnancy is desired, ovulation induction may assist in achieving pregnancy.

Abdominal discomfort: The abdominal discomfort may be unrelated to the ovarian cysts, but if it persists it should be evaluated by a physician. There are many possibilities but the physician will take a thorough history and perform a thorough physical examination, and then order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
