i hit my head on a window frame. i hit the temple, left side, above the back of my cheekbone and at level with my eyebrow. it hurts when i add pressure to it and it hurts when i chew. i don't have a headache yet. what should i do?

Ice + pain meds: Sounds like you are sore where you got hit.  Take some analgesia and ice may help.  If symptoms persist or change or your teeth do not feel right when you close your mouth you may need an xray.

why is it every time my sinuses get cloged my ear hurts and when i cough the back of my head hurts? what can i do to alliveate the ear pain/pressure?

Several causes: The ear fullness is either referred from the maxillary sinuses, inflammation of the nasopharynx from the drainage or infection, or swelling of the eustachian tubes.  The headache is either from transient blood pressure increases during the cough causing swelling of the sinus linings or temporary distension of the veins inside the skull which are very sensitive (cough headache).

Yes: Bubbles in your middle ear space may be a sign of a middle ear infection. Any infection in that area can cause pain that can radiate to your ear, neck or head.

New headache: Headaches can be a concerning symptom and can have many causes.  Some are deserving of emergent treatment.  Warning signs are chronic headaches that suddenly change in quality or intensity, multiple headaches a week, new onset headaches that affect one's ability to function, associated vomiting, associated dizziness/double vision/neck ache/fever/weakness, or the need to take daily pain medication.

: The left sided headache symptoms described could be due to a number of conditions of which Migraine or left sided Trigeminal neuralgia seem prominent. The PCP can help but one may need to see the Neurologist as well.

Lupus headaches: People who have systemic lupus can develop headaches that can mimic migraines but dont respond to migraine meds. Consult your doctor. You may have to go on steroids to relieve your headaches.

Your : Your question does not include very much information. Have you injured your head or neck?  The bottom portion of the back of the head is called the occiput.  The cervical spine (bones in the neck)  connect to the skull (the boney housing for the brain).  A number of muscles are in this area.  Strain or damage to these, could lead to pain.  Some people tense the muscles in their neck and / or shoulders when they feel stressed which can also lead to pain at the back of the head.
