both babies are head down at 24 weeks. i have a lot of pelvic pressure and cramping at times but cervix is long and closed. this is the first time theyve been head down. is my risk for pre-term labor increased now that theyre head down?

: Discuss your symptoms and findings with the Labor and Delivery nurse and your OB specialist. The dilatation of the cervix is one way to assess risk of delivery. Please follow up and stay positive.

Possibly: You are getting to the point where you may need to see the doctor but if you are indeed improving try first to rest and very hot fluids to clear the sinuses like hot soup. Try this first

Yes: Could be infected lymph nodes, cysts, boils, or other problems.  You need to be examined.  See your Physician.

See physician: These symptoms can be from a variety of causes from simple viral illness, to a stye to a bacterial infection by the brow driving into the lid. I rec you go to your doctor and until then warm soaks

drove for 12hrs woke up with blood behind my right eye. still can see fine doesn't hurt. i do take blood pressure meds an have been out for 2 days?

Burst blood vessel: Take a look at Google or similar search engines for "subconjunctival hemorrhage." These bright red spots are alarming but harmless. It will resolve the same way any other bruise does. They are more common in people with very high blood pressure, or increases in pressure from vomiting, severe coughing, etc. Please refill your medicines!

i am 22 y in age and suffering from chronic cold . my ear hurts when i burp or drink . i feel like ear is pushing out because of pressure inside . .

Allergies: You probably have allergic rhino sinusitis with, possible additional mild bacterial infection. Go to see a Dr.

Time will tell. : So are you prone to surface infections? Is the inner lip involved? Consult your physician or dentist.

my 13 yr old son has a firm pimple like lump on his testicle on the skin. i do not see any ingrown hairs or puss buildup. the lump is firm, hurts when pressure is applied to it and alittle itchy .

It : It sounds like sebacious cyst.If it is painful, it might be an abscess and should be examined by a doctor.
