Nothing serious: It is not Cancer. Most cancers are raised bumpy lesions. You are too young to have Cancer of the skin anyway.
But watch these spots over the next few months. if they increase in size(check if they are growing in size) then you may need to consult a physician and get it evaluated.

Allergy: This sounds miserable!   If it came on abruptly within minutes I worry about an allergic reaction.  Take an antihistamine right away and/or go to ER if it's progressing.  Otherwise  it could be a allergies.  Itching all over is not usually part of a cold.

Need more info: Hard to say without more info. If you're breastfeeding, often a fungal infection will develop, causing red nipples and itching. Could be a topical reaction to a new bra, or detergent. Any skin changes?  If you are at all worried, see your physician.

White sploches: Your child may have pityriasis or tinea versicolor which is a fungus and lasts about 6-8 weeks.

how do acute, short-term drops in bp cause kidney damage and/or failure?  what should i watch for?   occurred multiple times after ich/hydrocephalus.

It's because...: The elderly with multiple medical conditions such as poor kidney function, hypertension, diabetes, etc. Tend to be more vulnerable to sudden BP drop resulting in further kidney damage by poor circulation and ischemia of kidneys. But its degree may vary and be unpredictable. For the time being, try not standing up quickly, keep up more adaptable exercise, and adjust medication... Talk with doctors.

i am post menopause and use vagifem twice a week but i have a persistant ich and dryness in my nether region and it actually keeps me up at night. what can i do about this as it is becoming debilitating.

Menopause/dry, itch: If you are not as yet over five years past menopause, taking low dose estrogen orally may improve your symptoms.  The medical literature has supported taking estrogen at this point.  Ask your gyn provider about this, as there are many types of remedies which are now possible.

Yeast infection: See a gynecologist now for full eval. Female are prone to vaginal bacterial or yeast infections which can produce your symptoms. You did not say it was a vaginal discharge,but my answer is for that problem. 
Your doc will test the discharge and provide prescriptions to end your problem today, and offer pointers now to prevent similar future problems
