Foot pain : The area you are describing is in the area of the insertion of your plantar fascia. Be examined and have an XR. As this is an ongoing problem; physiotherapy may help and guidance to avoid certain movements. All the best.

Count the calories: Use breastfeeding to burn up stored calories. One can get her pre-pregnancy weight back, and work out with weights to get in great shape again, but cannot truly get her "pre-pregnancy" body back. That is because a pre-pregnancy body is a different stage in a woman's life than a post-pregnancy body. Her primary care doctor can check for a hormonal imbalance, and check the foot issue too.

Pain: if you can still walk on this it's unlikely to be a stress fracture. Common reasons for foot pain would be an Extensor Tendonitis perhaps some degree of neuritis of the nerve of the top of your foot.

Painfull: Calf spasms are painful.  Usually they relax through weight bearing, gentle stretch, and heat before the ankle will "move".  Naproxen is not the cure.  Overuse (such as standing or walking in improper shoes) is the most common cause.  If the pain in the back does not respond to heat, stretch and rest over the day after the calf problem relaxes, seek examination with a musculoskeletal physician.

what r something i can do to relive ankle arthtis when it's cold my ankle hurts so bad along with foot pain nagging pain?

Multiple Options: Depending on the severity of the arthritis, you can:

1) use antiinflammatories (sparingly if you have heart problems, high BP or kidney issues; can't use with stomach ulcer history)
2) try an off the shelf or custom ankle brace
3) modify your work/activities
4) consider low impact activities (yoga)

if these things are not helping, then consultation with an orthopedic surgeon may be needed.
