Constipation: This is a problem for many people.  You should examine your diet to see if increasing fiber helps.  Miralax daily is excellent if the increase in dietary fiber has failed.  Severe constipation can give the symptoms your referring to.  Small bowel obstructions do occur as well with the same symptoms.  In the absence of anything serious going on Amitiza (lubiprostone) works well for idiopathic constipation.

since turning 32 around/during ovulation my lower abdomen is tender to touch or when move & have to pee allot. is this a true symptom of ovulation? :(

Not necessarily : Although you can have lower abdominal pain around ovulation you don't usually have urinary problems.   You should see your doctor to rule out an infection or another problem that may be causing your discomfort.

Muscle soreness: Any time you perform exercises that give your body and muscles a challenge, you can end up with muscle soreness. Sometimes this occurs immediately but other times it might not actually appear for up to two days later (delayed onset muscle soreness). This is normal and once you become better conditioned, will occur less often.

Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." if pain with meals consider peptic (acid), biliary, or pancreatic disease. If bleeding or tenderness is present, this suggests inflammation, ischemia, or infection.  Exquisite tenderness is quite concerning. See your doctor asap.

Any persistent abdominal pain of moderate to severe intensity should be evaluated in person by a physician.  Concerning symptoms include fever, nausea and vomiting, cold sweats, distention (bloating), lack of bowel movements or severe diarrhea.  These need immediate attention.
