Constipation: This is a problem for many people. You should examine your diet to see if increasing fiber helps. Miralax daily is excellent if the increase in dietary fiber has failed. Severe constipation can give the symptoms your referring to. Small bowel obstructions do occur as well with the same symptoms. In the absence of anything serious going on Amitiza (lubiprostone) works well for idiopathic constipation.

Constipation/ abd pa: May be diverticulitis, an inflammation of a outpouching of the colonic wall. it is not uncommon in older adults who have constipation . o can be UTI. You may need antibiotics seek medical attention today
