Pediatric exam: I suggest an examination. Your child may have inadvertently "inhaled"  ( aspirated) water while drinking and should be examined and probably x-rayed.

-drink plenty of fluids 
-keep a glass of water by his bed at night 
-use a humidifier if the air is dry 
-eat a spoonful of honey, or drink apple juice, or chicken broth to help with any "coughing jags" 
-research shows that these methods are as effective as over the counter cough medicines.

If he experiences any respiratory distress, he needs immediate medical attention. The signs of respiratory distress are: 
-rapid breathing (more than 60 times a minute) 
-grunting or gasping with breathing 
-flaring of the nostrils 
-working hard and using extra muscles to breathe such as sucking in at the neck or under the rib cage 
-blue or dusky coloring 
-change in speech or level of alertness

Nothing special: A kids poo reflects his/her diet & the way his/her intestines process it. Runny/seedy poo reflects less moisture absorbed from the mix before it exits.It has no significance by itself.

Let it pass for now: Did he eat anything different than usual? If he has no vomiting or fever and is urinating well, you can just give him more binding types of foods. If it continues or he develops the other symptoms I mentioned, you should call your doctor.

Call poison control: You need to contact the poison control center in your region or take her to the ER for evaluation. This med can damage/destroy the liver in an overdose. Treatment can block the destructive effects but it is very time sensitive &amp; any delay can prevent it from working. Call or go immediately.

Infection: Fever in a child is 100.4f/38.4c.  A virus is the most common cause of fever in a child.  Sometimes there are other symptoms (runny nose, cough, congestion, vomiting, diarrhea), sometimes there is only fever.  If she is otherwise acting normally, eating/sleeping fine, and has no specific complaints, nothing needs to be done.  Her body will fight it off over a few days.  If not, she should be seen.

Get evaluated: There are a number of reasons for this.  We would need you to explain the symptoms that occur after eating and drink.  There could be due to anatomic abnormalities, gerd, metabolic disorders, partial obstruction.  A visit to your doc could help narrow the field.  I would advise you to get your child evaluated as soon as possible (today).
