Yeast infections : Yes you can.  It maybe better to first see if it is a true yeast infection by seeing your pediatrician. Redness and pain maybe due to bacterial infection and antibiotics are required.   Adults get yeast vaginitis more than children.   For a home remedy you can try a vinegar bath (1cup per tub).

Yeast activity: Yeast are opportunist organisms.They generally cause no problems when they are present in the digestive tract or on the skin surfaces unless conditions become "opportune" for them to misbehave.Sugary feeds can allow thrush to occur in the mouth. Diaper rashes eventually include yeast if they last very long.Rarely yeast can invade the blood if the immune system is compromised.Extremly rare @ 2y.

Yes but...: Sure, but it could also be other infections. See your doctor. The yeast infection of the skin does not cause fever.

Penile rash: Consult your pediatrician first and ask about simple remedies, or schedule an appointment to be certain. This may respond to "over the counter" medications.

See a doctor: There are over 100 causes of genital skin problems, including redness like this. Most are minor problems, and no STD is likely -- but otherwise no way to even guess the cause or best treatment. Yeast probably isn't very likely. Sorry. Good luck.

my gp prescribed agispor solution bifonazole 1% due to yeast infection in my ear. two days of 1cc/2x a day and feel ears are stuffed. normal?

See ENT specialist: `The solution may be "stuck" in your ear canal, possibly behind wax.  If so, an ENT specialist has the tools to easily remove it.  Don't try to try to remove it with a cue tip or other device

Ketaconazole: Ketaconazole cream should work well if indeed you have a yeast infection.  If it doesn't clear, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Mix 3% hydrogen...: ...Peroxide with warm water 1:1 and drip into each ear until it pours out, do not put q-tips in. Do this every day. See an ENT first if eardrum is damaged.
