Armpit: Could be a number of things. As simple as sebacious cyst to some thing more concerning eg enlarged lymph nodes. Please get an evaluation.

Be checked: If you did not injure it, probably the two most common causes would be swollen lymph nodes as there are a chain of lymph nodes in that area that can become swollen and tender if inflamed, or some form of infectious process.  I would not hesitate to be seen.

Tron msucle   scar: No. Once torn you will always have some scar tissue there and it will likely be asymmetrical. Muscle building may even create more noticeable asymmetry.

Pain, lower back: Were you involved in a MVA?, any position makes the pain worse? can you sleep without having pain? 
You need to provide more information.
Did you had an MRI of the spine? for how long the pain has been present.I suggest To do an inflammatory panel. You should be on Gabapentin, Celexa, (citalopram) Doxepin.
The first 2 for fibromyalgia, the last for sleep.
Go to see a Dr. for advise and labs,

Uncertain: If there is an enlarging mass it could be a cyst or swollen lymph nodes. If it isn't resolving get it medically assessed.
