Myoclonic seizures?: You may be experiencing a form of limited or localized seizure disorder known as "myoclonus" (muscle-centered), which is a form of epilepsy (sudden increase in  electric activity in some areas of the brain). If this is the case with you, it can be treated with anticonvulsants. Consult a neurologist.

If lab tests are normal consider Fibromyalgia &amp; because so many different body regions &amp; tissues are involved. See a Rheumatologist for an opinion. In males, Fibromyalgia seems to follow upon trauma &amp; mechanical injuries to low back &amp; pelvis; especial after extreme sport injures such as skateboarding/snowboarding.

Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain or pressure that can radiate to the jaw, shortness of breath, sweating, etc. Spasms of the chest wall muscles can happen for many reasons, including after a lot of coughing, and is not usually a sign of a heart attack.
