Possible muscle pull: If you have strained your back and that fits the clinical presentation then it is likely. If you stretch a muscle that has been irritated or damage then the pain will increase. If the pain does not resolve then see your dr. As there may be other causes of side pain.

Right sided pain: Right sided abdominal pain lasting ten days needs physician evaluation for concerning pathology. While muscle strain could last this long it generally does not and usually improves in a reassuring manner. Your persistent pain this longs needs to be evaluated and likely gastrointestinal in origin.

Yes: Muscle aches and pains can come from sleeping on a bad pillow or other uncomfortable bedding.

Get seen ASAP!: You do not say how long you have had the pain!  If the pain is new and you do not know anything that may have caused it, get checked. Back pain can be due to kidney stones, a kidney infection, the first stage of shingles, among other causes. So get checked at a clinic, urgent care center, or ER to find out if you have something that needs urgent treatment. You don't want to get worse!

Likely muscular: Pain or discomfort that occurs and is worsened by movement or changes in position are usually musculoskeletal in nature.  Can try some anti-inflammatories like low dose over the counter ibuprofen taken with food.  See your doctor if pain continues or gets more severe.

Hamstring: It sounds like you are talking about an area where 3 of your 4 hamstring muscles attach called the pes anserine.  Heat and Hamstring stretches can be helpful.  Also use over the counter NSAIDS such as Motrin or aleve (naproxen).
