See a doctor to: make sure that dont get the tetanus. Although your symptoms are not likely tetanus, but you need to get checked for that and make sure you are adequately protected.

Tetanus can be fatal and so you need to get yourself checked.

Yes: Anxiety and a number of other things[depression, diet, weather] may increase the perception of pain. Anxiety is more likely to affect muscle tone and thus increase the pain perception in musculur-skeletal pain perception.

Local Reaction: Typical reaction to vaccines involve a local reaction. Manifests as redness and painful swelling around the site of the injection that in some cases may last  for a few days. Uncomplicated local reactions may be treated with cold compresses and NSAIDs for pain. Could also be a local muscle contusion that takes time to heal. See primary doctor if pain persists despite above treatment.

Muscle spasm: That is a long time for a spasm , Would seek medical attention and get a doppler sonongram of calf make sure it is not a clot especially if you are  on birth control and or smoking  or have lupus/ A. F/u /w/ doc today .
