Hello. : Hello. The normal specific gravity  for an adult ranges from 1.001 to 1.030. This tells you how concentrated your urine is (i.e., are you well hydrated).  Yours is fine. The rbc count shows that over 100 red blood cells  were counted per high power field (with microscope).   Normal  is 4 rbc per high power field or less. 2+ blood is also a description of blood in urine. If your menstrual blood  was an issue, this would be a contaminant and you would be able to tell because there would be a number of epithelial cells noted on the lab report.

: Start by reducing spicy food, increase water intake and emptying your bladder frequently. Yes stress too can mimic these symptoms 
 but see a good Urologist for evaluation . You are young it could be something simple. You will be fine

: All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, depending on the type of bilirubin, a small amount is a normal finding.     Wish you good health!

cloudy urine with sediment off an on for quite awhile. docs give urine tests but each time the sample is clear. tests all normal. when cloudy sample at home settles it is a thick white layer on bottom?

For what?: What is your doctor testing with the 24 hr collection of urine? Creatinine clearance, cortisol, calcium, cathecolamines, protein, cortisol or steroids? Depending upon the answer there are some medications or drugs that may interfere specifically.

Testing: The negative predictive value of chlamydia NAAT urine tests are in the 99% range.  This means that a negative test very likely indicates that there is no disease.  2 negative tests are even more likely to indicate that there is no disease.  Nothing is impossible, but it would be HIGHLY unlikely that there would be 2 false negatives in a row.
