Testing: The negative predictive value of chlamydia NAAT urine tests are in the 99% range. This means that a negative test very likely indicates that there is no disease. 2 negative tests are even more likely to indicate that there is no disease. Nothing is impossible, but it would be HIGHLY unlikely that there would be 2 false negatives in a row.
