i have a small lump om the at the top inner of my thigh. it is  sore to touch and it feels like a little ball under my skin, help???

Boil? lymph node?: The lump in that area could be the starting of an abscess especially since it is sore to touch. It can get bigger and then become an abscess which may require an incision &amp; drainage. if u get yourself checked ASAP then if it is required an antibiotic can be started and no more may need to be done. The doctor also will make sure there are no lesions or infections in the drainage area as a cause.

i found a painless, grape sized, hardish lump under the skin of my bikini line (crease of thigh). should i see my doctor immediately, or wait awhile?

Watchful waiting: Most likely it is an enlarged  and benign lymph node. Wait and it might decrease in size and disappear. If it will still be present in a month or will become painful and red please, see your physician.

Probable lymph node: The area you are describing seems to be your groin. The hard structure you feel is likely a lymph node. If you get an allergic reaction or infection in and around your rectum, vagina and or in your legs these nodes get bigger causing them to get painful. When the cause for them to increase resolves, they shrink and are no longer painful. Lymph nodes prevent infection spread. If concerned, see MD

Leg pain: Suspicion for illiotibial band syndrome. The Illiotibial band is a fascial soft tissue structure that runs from your hip to the knee. It tightens when you walk and is what causes your Quad to get tight.

Enlarged lymph nodes: Most likely it an enlarged lymph nodes. Specially it is a little tender to touch. Nothing to worry about. It is due to a minor pelvic or urinary infection. If you have vaginal discharge or urinary increased frequency go see a physician. You might need antibiotics. If it doesn't go away after few days it must be looked at under all circumstances.

Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin.
