Go see your doc.: Not knowing what meds you are on, and why you lost the weight in the first place is a mystery for me.  Megace (megestrol) is used often to bulk up patients, but i would see a doctor first.  Your bmi needs to be measured and causes for weight loss (hyperthyroidism, cancer, etc....) need to be addressed.

Weight issues: I would recommend to consult your doctor in order to get tested if you have been eating well and still not able to gain weight. There are many conditions that can cause this problem. Also ask your pcp about getting a consult with a nutritionist.
