Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Can be normal: Mucus in the stool can be a normal variant of healthy stool.  Many infections can cause mucus as well but this is usually accompanied by diarrhea.  If you notice that the mucus is continuous or it is associated with blood then take your baby to their primary care provider for evaluation.

: You could try gently irrigating it with very clean,warm salt water. If still blocked, try a nasal decongestant spray. Inhaling steam may also help. If blockage still persists, consult an ENT specialist for evaluation and advice. Occasionally nasal polyps are the problem.

If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Difficulty breathing on inspiration with a cough is commonly seen with vocal cord dysfunction. Some people have both.
