Appearance changing: That means that the amount of edema (like swelling) in the vertebral bodies has decreased compared to your earlier study.  This may indicate improvement or treatment effect, however, these types of changes on MRI don't always correlate with the patient's symptoms.  Hope that helps!

See hematologist: Can't answer here.  See a hematologist (blood specialist), get examined; find out.  Sometimes can't find out cause without evaluation of bone marrow.  Follow up with your regular doc too.

Homogeneous: means that it is of uniform signal intensity.  In other words, normal, assuming there is nothing else described in the report.

Meaning: There really isn't enough space here for that kind of explanation.  That is best left to your ordering physician or a radiologist.

Not Really: Shortly after the biopsy there will be some acute changes on the mri, but it would probably be hard to tell if these changes are due to a biopsy or something else.  After some time passes, you would be unable to tell.

Edema: Bone marrow edema can be caused by injury which could have been caused by manipulation, but it could also be due to synovitis which could be caused byan infectious process.

MRI: Low vitamin D levels can be related to osteoporosis or osteopenia which would cause low bone density. Marrow signal on MRI in relation to trauma or injury can be from trabecular damage, a type of stress fracture often not seen on xray.
