Stress test: Although you only exercised for 5:31 minutes you reached 106% of your MPHR so it's considered a maximal stress test. If there were no ST segment abnormalities consistent with ischemia, you had a negative test showing no evidence of significant coronary artery blockages. If you have been having suspicious symptoms, you could have been pushed more to see if symptoms developed, but wasn't necessary.

Low hemoglobin/RBC.: This simply means there is a low mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (mchc), or a low average amount of hemoglobin for each red blood cell.  It is a measure of the concentration of hemoglobin in a given volume of packed red blood cells.  Mchc is low in microcytic anemias, like iron deficiency anemia, and thalassemia.

Not too high: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Find cause of anemia: Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) literally means the 'avg. Amount of red blood cell hemoglobin'. Hemoglobin is protein that carries oxygen in blood. Since low MCHC is associated with low iron &anemia, you need to rule out blood loss from excessive periods or 'slow gastro-intestinal (G.I.) bleeding'. G.I. Loss needs to be considered >40 yo.  Supplemental iron, folate, (folic acid) B12 may help.

Not significant: Mchc stands for mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration. As far as i know the only important value is a high MCHC of greater than 36 pg which is an indication of hereditary spherocytosis. A low mchcis not significant please do not worry about that result.

Location: Location (where you live) is what gets you exposed to histo. Histo usually only gets you sick if you are immunosuppressed, or if you have a very large exposure.  Most adults have been exposed throughout their lifetime without any consequences other than maybe a benign spot on your chest x-ray.

: The initials represent the Mean (average) Cellular Concentration of Hemoglobin. By itself I don't consider the cited value anything more than low normal. If pared with a low red blood cell count or low hemoglobin value, it may represent an anemia for which treatment would be based on other factors not available in the post.
