Change in flora?: The most likely explanation of this is that the bacteria, the flora, that normally live &amp; perform important functions in your intestine have undergone some changes. It is impossible to know why. I understand it is puzzling as to why such a change would spontaneously take place, but it often does. It is very likely normal.
