Statement confusing: I would worry less about fever & more about fluid status & activity. Fever has benefits during an illness by speeding blood flow & circulating bodies healing factors.If the kid is taking fluids well, urinating at least every 6hr & playful at times the fever is a minor issue. If the kid is not taking fluids& lethargic most of the time i would arrange to have the kid seen today.

: How long have you been off the medicine? This medicine takes a while to completely get out of your system so, if it has only been a few days, it may take longer for this effect to resolve, if it is from the medicine. If it continues, see a neurologist to determine what the etiology is and what the treatment would be. Good luck!

About 2mg/hour: these drugs are designed to release a steady amount of  their content over the course of 24 hours.  There are some forms that release the drug for 18 hours with decreased release through the night hours, but most continuous release amphetamine preparations don't do this.

ive had chronic thrush like white stuff on the very back of tongue for months. doesnt hurt at all. could this be from my chronic dry mouth? i take multiple medications that cause extreme dryness?

: Coated tongue has many causes. Either dry mouth or the antibiotics might be contributing. It's harmless, so no worries -- but you might speak with your doctor about possibly modifying your medications or other ways to reduce the problem. Good luck.

Dysgeusia: is a change in your sense of taste due to a variety of causes; from anxiety to dental problems. Dysgeusia is not very common. Fortunately, many of the causes are temporary and not life-threatening, but the disorder does affect your quality of life. See your PCP for neurological exam and evaluation.

Acyclovir: If you get aphthous ulcers (cold or canker sores) frequently then the prescription medicine Acyclovir could help. But you usually have to get it going before you see a sore....Like at the first inkling.

what is the best cure for thrush in the mouth due to inhaler medication?

Prevention: Is the best cure.  Rinsing your mouth out with water after each use of your inhaler.  But at this point a prescription medication from your physician after evaluation.
