Kidney/bladder stone: Yes, this sounds like you probably have passed a kidney or bladder stone, and perhaps another stone (or fragment) is still hung up in your urethra. See a doctor ASAP, preferably a urologist.

Pelvic pain /blood: May be vaginal infection like mycoplasma/ureoplasma, may be UTi or interstitial cystitis. Is this new or has been goign on for months .if new, and still early for HCG  may be  implantation bleeding or rarely endometriosis. F/U with doctor urgent care

Pelvic pain: Many different things can give you those symptoms.  Diverticulitis, colitis, colon polyps,  adhesions/obstruction, ovarian cysts, less likely cancers can all give you left pelvic pains.  If this is recurrent or has lasted more than a couple days i would see a surgeon or gynecologist asap.  They will be able to examine, take a good history, obtain images or obtain a colonoscopy that will help.

: This many rbcs in urine is NEVER normal. Go to uptodate.com and read more.  Then discuss with your Drs. Causes can be quite different in Egypt than in US and other areas.  Flukes would be one cause to consider but I have not practiced in Egypt.  Keep a pee diary as first guess is BPH with bladder bleeding. Then bladder cancer at your age. But just guessing as cannot talk to  or examine you.

Many possible causes: If you have blood in your urine i wouldn't call it a negative urinalysis. Your symptoms could be caused by a number of conditions of the urinary or genital tract, including kidney or bladder cancer, stones,  interstitial cystitis, even a sexually transmitted disease. I recommend that you see your doctor for more testing.

Maybe: If the scrotum rubbing involves only the skin, then no it should not produce blood in your urine. However, if the scratching injures the vas deferens or seminal vesicles then bleeding will be present during urination and ejaculation.  You need to see a MD or Urologist MD to be certain that there is not a bladder, prostate, or kidney problem higher up the chain of the urinary system.
