Mosquito: It is extremely unlikely that you would get an infection this way.  Mosquitoes transmit disease via blood - which means illness is only transmitted when you are "bit" or "poked" by a mosquito.

Antihistamines: You can take oral medications like Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  or chlorpheniramine. Gargle with warm salt water.

Depends on the cause: Bumps under the skin could be as a result of different reasons of which could include an ingrown hair, acne, infection, abscess, or an allergic reaction to various things like detergents or soaps or to medications.  Have it evaluated by your physician to get the appropriate treatment.

Tsetse fly? Malaria?: Much depends upon local environmental factors, but it's best not to lose sleep over this. good day on thursday i left for utshwayelo kosi mouth lodge & camp and area is marked as low risk malaria and there was mosquitos in the area very little but two were in my tent do recommend me to go for test? i did use tabard.

Symptoms : If you develop symptoms, please see a physician. If the area is low risk, it is less likely to occur.

Probably yours...: It was likely to be your blood that you got on yourself. And I don't know of any confirmed cases of HIV transmission from a mosquito.

No worries of HIV: from a mosquito bite. HIV is not from an insect, but from human sexual contact, or infected needle, IV of blood from someone who has it. It's okay if you didn't see mosquito. If your bite looks infected, or you're getting sick, see your doctor. There is a particular mosquito that's getting people very sick, the Asian Tiger Mosquito or chikungunya mosquito now in northern states besides Texas.

I am not sure : What would happen if you just swallowed bees.  However, if you were stung by 100 bees that could be fatal for some people. If a person is highly allergic - just one sting might lead to death if untreated.
