i have some papers for dr. moshe lewis to fill out for my job. how do i get them to him?

No Extraneous Forms: HealthTap is not structured for the Doctors to be able to fill out extraneous forms after an Virtual Consult exam. You will need to do another virtual consult and have any kind of work note added to the additional information section of the Dr's assessment and treatment. External forms cannot be completed, for this you will need an in person exam at an urgent care facility.

i had an appoint this morning with dr. moshe lewis at 9:52 am and he prescribed 5 medications to my local walgreens in menifee, ca. they have not received anything. please advise, i'm still waiting and i'm in severe pain where are my prescriptions?

my back is killing me and i need help. i wanted to talk to doctor moshe lewis but for some reason it won't let me?

Pain med and see MD: We do not have enough information and can not help you without examination. We don't know what part of back,if there is history of trauma, your occupation, how long it has been hurting,response to pain meds if any and others. You can take over the counter pain meds and make an appointment with your doctor. You need an exam and may need X-rays / MRI imaging to find out the cause and appropriate rx

i was seen by dr. moshe lewis a couple hours ago and he is suppose to call in a prescription for a zpack and albuterol.  i called my pharmacist and they did not receive it. when can i expect this?

: The best person to answer your questions is the doctors office that you just came from. It’s possible he called a different pharmacy

Oncology hematology: I think given your brothers history that you need to see a specialist and make sure you don't have lymphoma also. This is a very serious symptom and we can't fully diagnose it over the phone

my daughter has a pimply rash on her stomach . moshe says it's itchy.  looks like small bumps , almost like whiteheads?

Rash: heat rash, viral/ allergic rash can give small bumpy rash. If there are white heads it may be folliculitis. Need to see your daughter's physician

what exacrtly is fibroma molle?

Skin tag: Fibroma molle (soft) as opposed to fibroma durum (hard) refers to benign skin tags often with a stalk (polypoid). They are common during pregnancy and are otherwise harmless and may disappear post partum. When bothersome, dermatologists can easily remove them. Areas where you can find them: eyelids, neck, armpits, groin, between skin folds.

whats the difference between a flea bite or a mossie bite?
