Talk to them: The best way is to speak to each person in person or by phone and apologize. Show genuine regret. You can't make them forgive you but probably most will and the rest will too after some time.

What is more : Important then another individual making the decision to forgive you, is your acknowledgement of what you have done that was harmful. It is your feeling of remorse & your decision not to repeat the harmful behaviors. Ask god or your higher power to forgive you. Ask for help to forgive yourself. The next step is to ask those you have harmed for forgiveness and then to accept their response.
