Comorbidity?: Two separate issues: 1.  Chest tightness/pain is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted. 2 chronic migraine is a complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even chest pain may be present during the episodes.
Rec. See a headache specialist for evaluation.

i started vomiting on sunday morning and my chest became tight, phoned dr on monday morning and had covid19 test on tuesday. my results came in as not detected.
the symptoms above come and go but chest pain and fatigue are very prominent.

COVID 19.:  Most often testing results are accurate if done when symptomatic.  "Not detected" means the test was negative.

Yes: Anxiety, acid reflux, ulcer or cardiac abnormality can cause the feeling if tightness.  Talk to your pcp for possible work up.

Chest pain: Highly unlikely that a single cup of coffee or tea is related to your chest pain. Also unlikely that this is cardiac in nature given your age.

Exercise induced: asthma is a possibility. Anxiety can cause tightness in the chest due to muscle spasms in the chest wall. You are also probably hyperventilating causing dizziness. Mitral valve prolapse also needs to be ruled out . It can cause chest discomfort and can be seen at your age. See your doctor. Hope this helps.

You need to see MD: Although you are young, your symptoms are very alarming and definitely not normal. I would suggest you follow up with your PCP very soon. The diagnosis can range from mild causes starting by anemia to more serious that involve your heart or lung. Again, my advise is to see MD. I hope you will feel better.

Yes: It is quite common for cough and wheezing to increase after smoking cessation. The hair cells that line the resp. Tract wake up and start working, moving all the junk that you have accumulated in your airways.  This can go on for several weeks, but tends to improve within a month.  Stick with it! take adequate fluids to allow your lungs to liquify the mucus and get it out. Try support groups.

coughing up small green mucus balls either in early morning or late night.  mucus is mostly clear but i get chest tightness and wheezing. asthma?

Mgt.: I would suggest an evaluation with your PCP. Viral induced asthma is one possible cause of your symptoms. Avoid smoke exposure and please monitor your temperature and stay well hydrated.
