Topical Cream: Use  more topical cream. You did not complete the entire course of treatment so still having some symptoms.  Can repeat or use another topical antifungal. If not better need cultures/exam done through a pelvic exam/physical at a doctors office.

Buy a fresh tube: Harmless but potency might be affected...buy a fresh tube and even if symptoms better treat again..

what is the use of monistat 7 cream?

Vaginal Yeast: Monistat 7 is a 7 day treatment for a vaginal yeast infection. It is used by inserting an applicatorful of the medication in the vagina at bedtime for 7 days.   Monistat 3 is used for 3 nights and Monistat 1 (tioconazole) for 1 night.  The amount of medication is increased in the shorter timed treatment.  Monistat 7 is more effective than the other two treatments for pregnant women and perhaps non pregnant.

Yes - absolutely: Missing a dose will not make an appreciable difference in the success of the treatment.

No worries: Missing one day of treatment for a vaginal yeast infection shouldn't make any difference. Neither will having sex. Yeast infections usually don't come from sex partners. Go ahead and use the last dose.

Depends: The applicator is for vaginal insert, so get it if you have vaginal itch or discharge. If the infection is only on the outside, then the cream will be sufficient. I personally get the 7 days, even though you may only need one dose. You will have left over for the next time.

No: Monistat crem should come out white and creamy. You may have another type of infection.
