Painful skin lesion: Moles are properly called melanocytic nevi. Although not uncommonly itchy, they don't usually hurt unless repeatedly irritated by clothing. There are other types of skin lesion that can be painful. Changing moles should be checked by a doctor.

why is it that when i tilt my head forward my lower back hurts?

Tight muscles: If the muscles, or fascia (the layer covering them) becomes tight, movement in one area of the body will cause pain/pulling in another area.  A physiatrist or sports med doc can examine you to see if this is the case.

sometimes when i turn my head it pops in the back & hurts so i can't move it & feels as hot liquid down the back of my head flowing down my neck. why?

Neck spasm?: You may have spasm in the neck muscles causing the bones (cervical spine) to be pulled tightly together. Neck injuries, poor sleep posture, poor posture in your work place (desk and computer work) or emotional strain can be factors. Get checked: depending on the cause, you may benefit from massage therapy, skeletal manipulation, physical therapy. Do rule out nerve prob. Hope that helps

my son is in a habit of bending his head front when playing video games. 13 yr old. his back hurts around 1 area he said it feels like a pinched nerve?

Muscle spasm: This is probably muscle spasm from bending his head. Try Physican therapy or massage therapy

See your physician.: Low back pain is a common complaint. When associated with other symptoms, it may be a good idea to talk to your physician to see if an imaging study like an MRI would be appropriate.

Back pain and swelli: Try ice to the area for 10 minutes a few times per day.  Tension in upper back can also cause headaches.

Normal : This is a common issue after a car wreck, especially if you were rear ended or hit straight on. There is no worry from popping and cracking noises in the joints. The pain all over is due to muscle spasm of the back from the impact. Use ice to the areas that hurt and ibuprofen (if not allergic). If there is a specific spot that seems to hurt out of proportion with the rest see your doctor.
