i got a mold igg test done, and many species of mold came back high, up to 47 (ref range 0-1.9).  does this imply i have a fungal infection with all of the molds with positive igg?

No: Usually this just means that your body's immune system has recognized these molds as foreign from exposure.  Whether you may have a fungal infection (unusual in immuno-competent people) or not depends on the clinical picture. For example a condition known as hypersensitivity pneumonitis from mold exposure may have very high IgG level to the molds implicated but even this is not from an infection.

Avoid sharing towels and clothing (especially athletic types), wipe down workout equipment with antimicrobial towels.  Depends on the agent, duration of contact, and your immune systems function...And good or bad luck.

Fungal infections: Depends upon whether you are referring to skin (superficial dermatomycoses), or to systemic fungal infections.  The latter are often managed by our fixed tissue immune mechanisms, and may suggest immune deficiency which needs aggressive evaluation. Fungal infections: If this is a superficial facial skin infection these are very very common.  Unless you can think of somebody whose skin made direct contact with yours to induce infection there is unlikely to be a specific answer to your question since these fungi are ubiquitous.
