Go back to doctor: Return to the prescribing doctor and let the doctor examine the area. Then the doctor will give you further healing instructions

i got my wound debrided on monday, silversorb has been applied to aid in moist wound healing, since tues, theres a black spot over the skin near wound?

Hard to say: A black spot could mean the skin is dead in that area and there could be some type of infection there. However, it could be a spot where a little blob of silver oxidized and wouldn't be serious. You might be able to tell more by very gently trying to wash the area. If it comes right off, and the skin looks normal underneath, no worries.

Rash: You should see your doctor to establish a diagnosis. Treatment for each condition is different. The rash can be cultured for yeast or for herpes virus. Your long term treatment and management of the condition will depend on the diagnosis.

Usually not: Just as any other wound, it should scab, which means it needs to be dry. If you have small amount of urine leakage after voiding, you may need to blot w/tp (not ideal) or place piece of gauze around to wick moisture away (and change w/each void) for a couple days to help w/healing.

Underwear: You won't want to stop wet dreams at night. I'm not sure what pe is, but make sure to wear absorbent underwear when you're up and around and prone to wet dreams. There is no way to stop orgasm if you are anatomically intact. It can be embarrassing if your clothing soaks through, but take precautions including double underwear if it's really an ongoing problem. It will not go on forever. Best luck.

why is part of wound healing to wash it and keep it moist, but steristrips are kept on until they fall off or the time a doctor says to keep them on? doesn't that go against how to heal a wound?

: No it does not. Open wounds are to be treated with keeping them clean till they heal. Steri strips are used for linear incisions or wounds to approximate them for healing edge to edge.

i have a scab on my face that i am trying to heal as quickly as possible. keep the scab moist with neosporin/vaseline to speed healing, or leave dry?

Leave it dry.: Please leave it dry. Your wound is healing. The scab is protecting it from germs and dirt. You don't need to apply anything more on it.

optometrist told me i had some cornea staining in my eyes. may i know what is the cause of it and the treatment? currently i am wearing contact lens using opti free pure moist. she suggest that i use another solution from bosche and lomb.

Contact problem: Your optometrist is probably noticing fluorescein staining due to disturbed cells on the surface of the cornea.  This can be due to poor contact fit, eye dryness, Meibomian gland issues, trauma from lens insertion.  It seems as if your optometrist thinks it is due to chemical reaction to your current lens cleaner.  Are you symptomatic?  If so you might seek a second opinion with MD ophthalmologist

See a dermatologist: Is this your first episode? Are you sure of the diagnosis? At this point it matters little what you do. All you can expect is to soothe it. Lubricate enough to avoid cracks.
