could you tell me what household items can i use to clean and stitch a wound in an emergency?

Keep it simple: Use plain soap and water gently to clean in and around the wound.  Pat dry gently. The problem is finding something to "stitch" the wound together that is not carrying a lot of dust, dirt and stuff. Plain thread would work but you increase your risk of infection with it.  Better to cover the open area with a clean cloth and get to someone who can do what really needs to be done to maximize healing.

Absolutely.: Those are great exercises, and that's a good way to look at doing household tasks. Balance them by doing some walking and stretching, every day.

It’s active ingredient is Glycolic Acid. Many products contain 70% or more alcohol or contain hydrogen peroxide.

i was cleaning with hot water and household bleach. i inhaled the steam from them. i had no symptoms at first. however, i started coughing about 6 hours later while laying in bed. is this normal?

Hot water and bleach: What is your status now? if still coughing (more than 15 minute to 1/2 hour) go to ER/urgent care immediately  as the cough is a bronchospasm equivalent and you may need inhalers or prednisone and a possible chest x-ray.

Certainly!: Remaining active during pregnancy is very healthy.  You should be able to perform your normal duties as long as you do not experience pain or excessive fatigue.  Avoid using harsh chemicals, or wear gloves and mask to prevent nausea that may result from fumes.  Be sure to stay well hydrated during pregnancy, especially when physically active.

someone in my household used a sponge i use to clean mold in the bathroom on my dishes. i cooked and eat from the pot they washed before finding this out. could i get sick?  also if i washed the said dishes with white vinegar would it kill the mold?

No risk, no worry: Household molds are only an occasional health risk -- far less than all the media stories and online websites would suggest. And in any case, swallowing molds or mold spores is no risk at all; when molds are a problem, it comes from inhaling the spores.

Many are toxic: Ammonia, bleach and organic solvents are all potentially toxic.
