Dilation: Amlodipine dilates the arteries which lowers the blood pressure. If you miss a dose the arteries start constricting and raise the blood pressure.

Odd combo-see Dr: The sleep issue, diet, dizziness, lbp do not conveniently fit together to give an easy answer. You need to be seen and examined by a provider who can get a good history and put the pieces together, and order tests if necessary, to see what is going on and why.

: Since that is something this public information site does not do, you will need to contact your doc and see how they handle the refill issue. Many health plans limit the amount of any script that can be given at a time &amp; states regulate how often refills can be given without a checkup. Discuss all such factors with your doc. Never wait until you have one day left, more like 7-10.

Will probably be OK: If you become when you stand up, then take plenty of fluid . The dose is not high and much of the effects of the drug will be gone by 12 hours.
