i had a miscarriage at 14 weeks recently and i started having mild panic attacks. i still don't feel right 3 weeks later.  should i worry ?

I am sorry for your: Loss.  You need to take really good care of yourself right now. Talk about feelings including your recent pregnancy loss. Address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or  moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga.

Maybe: First - I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure that must have been hard for you to go through. Regarding your bleeding, it depends a little bit on whether you had a D&amp;C or not. 4 weeks is kind of a long time to still be bleeding, especially if you had a D&amp;C. If you passed the pregnancy spontaneously, you may still have some retained pregnancy tissue. See a doctor to have an ultrasound.

Depends: A miscarriage is common, but not at 14 weeks. If you had a spontaneous miscarriage with very little bleeding, i would wonder if you passed the entire products of conception. The HCG level would be high at 14 weeks. It is a problem if it remains that high. You need to be seen to make sure you have completed the miscarriage  and on the road to recovery, especially if you hope to become pregnant agai.

Not uncommon: Some spotting, light bleeding can occur on and off until 4 -6 weeks or so.

Not uncommon.: Ivf pregnancies are notoriously high-risk for complications, including early pregnancy loss. The most likely explanation for a 14-week loss is genetic and/or anatomical anomalies in the fetus - it is nature's way to deal with major anomalies incompatible with healthy life. Other etiologies are possible but less likely - talk with your physician!

ive had 2 miscarriages in the past, 1 in the 1st trimester the other in the 2nd trimester. im pregnant again and would like to know how i can actively decrease my chances of miscarrying. ?

Miscarriage ?'s: If you are again pregnant, and the previous miscarriages were due to an abnormality in the womb, sometimes additional pregnancies can be successful.  If you miscarry again, get a hysterosalpingogram  (HSG) to see if your womb has  a septum dividing the internal chamber.  At this point, testing cannot be done, as it may be harmful to your present pregnancy.

i am 14 weeks i heard heartbeat at 10 weeks i go friday for checkup what are chances of miscarriage after hearing the heartbeat. i am nervous?

Slim, about 5%: The chance of miscarriage after documenting a normal heartbeat of the baby is low, less than 5%.  But, it's still possible.  By 14 weeks, if everything is progressing normally you are pretty much out of the miscarriage window!  good luck! everything should be fine!

Uterine "stretching": As the uterus expands("stretching") from a pelvic organ to an abdominal one, there will usually be "mild cramping" associated with the process similar to "period pains" If the pains become more intense and at regular intervals more concern for a miscarriage is in order as well as the need to contact your OB MD.

All is good: It's natural to be worried - every step of the pregnancy - until you are holding your newborn in your arms. At 14 weeks, with a fetal heart beat heard, the chances of a miscarriage are extremely low. Eat healthfully, get rest, and enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck!
