Symptoms are different for different people, but many people describe a tingling, burning, or itchy sensation with or without little blisters. Symptoms can be very mild or very severe. It is a very common virus.

Possibly: If you've had a completely negative work-up this could be non-infectious urethritis. In any case I would not recommend unprotected sex.

Unlikely: I think you are asking about oral sex.  When herpes is transmitted in this fashion it usually produces a classic rash with blister-like lesions which break down and form small very painful shallow ulcers.  This may be accompanied by fever, malaise, etc., but it sounds like you may have a cold.  Depending on the type of oral sex HIV can reach the tonsils if ejaculate hits the throat.

Hard to guess: Many women have vaginal discharge, but some types of discharge are not normal. A woman may see normal changes in discharge before or after her period. Changes in discharge that may be an infection: a bad odor; vaginal itching or swelling; a green, yellow, or gray colored discharge; discharge looking foamy or like cottage cheese, etc. A doctor can check, if symptoms persist, recur or are worrisome.

Ulcers!: Genital herpes is a viral infection that most commonly presents w/ painful sores or ulcers in the genital area. Outbreak can start as pain & itching. There may be small red bumps or tiny white blisters. Some pts have pain w/ urinating, recurrent vaginal irritation, painful lymph nodes in groin, pain down leg. Inital outbreak may feel like flu. Sometimes no symptoms . Culture of lesion diagnostic.
