See your neurologist: There are many medications that can be used both for prophylaxis and treatment of migraines that are not non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents; notwithstanding, there are a myriad of different type of NSAIDs as well, so even within that category there are options.  A neurologist can help determine a plan to assist you in control of these headaches within the bounds of these historical aspects.

It is called being : Human as degenerative changes in discs have been demonstrated as early as 10 years of age.  There is a genetic component as well and there are life style choices that affect these changes including obesity and smoking.  Everyone develops changes over time.

Speaking as a: psychologist, the liklihood of onset depression goes up during the teen years if there is trauma or loss during the critical window of age 2 to 4.   This is because of a developmental stage--constancy--that is interrupted, and then re-visited during the teen years, when it is again interrupted through individuation.   Physical illnesses can accompany this, but consult an MD for more specific info.

Migraine: Is a complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even chest pain may be present during the episodes. Rec. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and proper management.

Yes.: Stress, fatigue, and lack of sleep are common migraine triggers. Some people with a cold may experience these triggers due to the cold and also get a migraine.

Yes: Migraine attacks may be triggered by many things--perfume, food or lack of it (skipping meals etc..), lack of sleep, stress are common culprits. Some females have menstrual migraines--meaning they get migraines during/around their periods. So, can a change of diet trigger migraine? Yes.

Caffeine &amp; HA: Caffeine taken 3 or more days per week can lead to dependency &amp; increased headache frequency, especially during withdrawal from Caffeine after regular use.

Yes, potentially: If one looks in pdr, one would think that all drugs could cause headaches, but some are more often the culprits.  Watch out for female hormonal agents, medicines used for blood pressure control, items to control thyroid fnctn, some ms and anti-epileptic drugs, just to name a few.
