Keep a diary: If correct preventative measures are taken , most patients improve.If your headache is truly intractable, try keeping a diary of headaches to identify trigger factors, look into your life style and total life situation, biofeedback? Botox injections? Treating coexistent problems such as hypertension or depression?

Headache (HA) help: Your list shows aspirin, ibu, and tramadol; if that's all you've tried, don't worry.  These are painkillers, but they don't 'break' a ha.  I usually prescribe Prednisone for intractable ha.  If that doesn't work, i sometimes admit people to the hospital for dhe.  Usually takes about 2-3 days to work and we can give other IV medications at the same time.  You may need to take a daily med to prevent.

Any: There is no contraindication to any anti-migraine drug for hypothyroidism.  Some people find NSAIDs +/- caffeine to be effective but the Rx triptan type of drugs are far more effective in controlling migraines.

No: Migraine drugs do not work for hangover 
headache.Alchol also trigers your migraine.

Don't know whether: it has occurred to you, but the reason you need your migraine medicine is BECAUSE you had a night of drinking. Alcohol is a notorious precipitant to migraine. You can use triptan drugs like Imitrex (sumatriptan) as prescribed whether you are hung over or not, but if you continue to drink despite it bringing on migraine, you have an alcohol problem. See your doctor for help, and cut down or better, STOP.

May need prophylaxis: I can't be 100% sure but I'm getting the sense that you should probably be on some sort of prophylactic medication since it sounds like you get a lot of headaches on either a weekly or monthly basis. As a headache specialist I'm happy to lend a hand to you to really bring these under much tighter control.
