Can you explain if it's safe to take some migraine medicine if you're super hungover from a night of drinking?

Don't know whether: it has occurred to you, but the reason you need your migraine medicine is BECAUSE you had a night of drinking. Alcohol is a notorious precipitant to migraine. You can use triptan drugs like Imitrex (sumatriptan) as prescribed whether you are hung over or not, but if you continue to drink despite it bringing on migraine, you have an alcohol problem. See your doctor for help, and cut down or better, STOP.
