Why not?: Sure -- you eat when you are hungry.  "breakfast" means to break a fast (usually first meal of the day, after you wake up.)  you can call your meal whatever you like.  And "breakfast" does not have to be eggs, etc -- can be whatever you'd like to eat that is healthy for you.

Reflux or allergies: If you are not home between these times... I would strongly think you might have allergies that are causing your symptoms. If there are pets in the house... That may be what is causing this. Another condition that can cause a nightly/ early morning cough is acid reflux. See your local ENT for further evaluation.

Yes: If you feel comfortable in engaging the activity involved in the practice you should go ahead and go it. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Acitrom: Acitrom (Acenocoumarol) is a vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant. The directions I read – indicated that it should be taken at the same time each day but did not specify what time of day it should be.

Drug metabolizers: CYP2C9 gene, part of the P450 system.  Extensive metabolizers, intermediate metabolizers, poor metabolizers, ultra-poor metabolizers.

Depends on your: Schedule. If this fits your specific schedule, then yes, as long as you get eight hours of sleep and adjust accordingly. If you have weight issues, i would recommend eating earlier still.

can i take midol pm at night and midol complete in the morning?

Accepted Answer

Depends: The quick answer is yes.  Midol complete you don't want to take at night because it has diuretic and caffeine both of which are not helpful for sleep.  The midol at night is tylenol (acetaminophen) and Benadryl so the main ingredients are out of your system.  If you do this a lot, it becomes a fair amount of tylenol (acetaminophen).

She may: Depends on what else is going on and what type of counselor she is. Generally speaking confidentiality is protected provided you are not engaging in behaviors that pose an imminent risk to yourself or others. That is a judgement call made by the counselor.

Cortisol: A four-point cortisol test is best.  It is taken over a period of hours at four different times and plotted on a graph.  Saliva is the best sample to use.  Diagnos-techs lab in Washington state has a good one. Peace and good health.
