Biliary colic: Even though gall bladder removed, you can still get bile sludge or gall stones which can cause your symptoms or even pancreatitis.  See a doctor as soon as possible.

pulsating feeling in upper abdomen above navel had been experiencing pain in upper stomach recently as well as middle back pain and nausea?

See doc: It is hard to say what this could be.  If the pain is bad, go to the ER!  Otherwise get it checked out this week with your doc.  If you are thin it is common to feel pulsations, but it can be something else and when combined with mid back pain, the worry about an aneurysm leaps to mind (although very uncommon).  Best bet is to get checked out.  It's clear that something is wrong. Good luck!

Not likely: It is not likely unless there are reason for you to thing otherwise. More history needed.

Pain in the back can be l related to abdominal problems but a medical examnination is advised to sort that issue out.

HPT: If the is any chance of pregnancy,  a home pregnancy test is in order as a first step.  If negative, you could have a viral infection. Would keep an eye on things.

i am 8 days late on my period, i have negative pregnancy tests, nausea and middle back pain. what can be the cause of this? i am never late?

: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

miscarriage march 31. been trying ever since, no luck. 
10 days dpo. period is 6 days early? red, passing tissue, middle back pain, not much cramping, have had no breast tenderness, some nausea & headaches. 
what can be going on?  no lifestyle change

Pregnant ?'s: Passing tissue with bleeding prior to a due period may indicate a miscarriage, but to be certain, obtain a serum HCG test. If this test is positive, see your gyn physician as soon as possible for an exam and pelvic ultrasound.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your breasts are large that may explain the symptoms. Insurance usually covers reduction mammoplasty for symptomatic cases.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.
